No - you are not seeing things, we have actually put chocolate AND broccoli into the same cupcake, and it tastes really great too. This is such a clever way to sneak some greens into afternoon tea time or perhaps picnic snacks, especially if you're trying to tempt fussy eaters. You could cover these with some lovely gooey chocolate icing to make them even more delicious, but they're fine as they are.
Use straws (big ones work best) to serve your children yogurt. Just peel back the top just enough to insert the straw, or better yet - punch a hole IN the lid WITH the straw, wiggle it to enlarge the hole just enough to allow a little air, and let them suck. So little mess, and far cheaper than a Go-gurt!! It’s a great healthy snack that works well in the car.
