Chocolate and honeycomb ice-cream cake with hot fudge sauce
Raspberry cheesecake ice-cream (2 of 2) Add cream+beat til just mixd. Add cream cheese mix to ice-cream+fold til well mixd. Reserve ¼ c. biscuit mix. Add remaining biscuit mix to ice-cream mix+fold til just mixd. Add mashed raspberries+fold for swirled effect. Pour into loaf pan. Sprinkle with reserved biscuit mix to evenly coat. Cover with plastic wrap or foil. Freezer for 6+ hours til firm. Remove ice-cream from fridge 5-10 min. before serving to soften slightly. Serve immediately.
