40min · 4 servings Ingredients: • 1 kg flour • 2 packs (7gr) dry yeast • 1 tablespoon of sugar • 1 tablespoon of salt • 4 tablespoons of yogurt • 1 tablespoon of olive oil • 500 ml of warm water 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 👇 • 1. Mix all the ingredients well and knead the dough. • 2. We rest the top covered for 60 minutes, divide it into 6-8 equal meringues, make meringues and then brew the top covered for 20 minutes. • 3. Use your hands to mix/knead the dough then divide dough into 6-8 balls, rest for 15 minutes 3. Flour your work surface and roll out each ball of dough 4. Heat a pan on med high heat and cook flatbread for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and starts to puff up 5. Brush each flatbread with olive oil, salt & parsley & enjoy
